Market wars!

Well, it appears as if the wow gold market is constantly changing! Suppliers from across the board are trying to keep their prices competitive. I have seen 1000 wow gold go for under $10!

I play on Kel'Thuzad Horde and right now the cheapest wow gold is going for 13.50/1000 gold by MMORPG-SHOP.. not too bad if you ask me! Maybe i'll get my mammoth mount.. hmm ;)

WOTLK - Will it affect wow gold prices?

Many people temporarily strayed from world of warcraft in order to play warhammer online and see what it was made of. As predicted, many people are coming back to world of warcraft, especially with the release of wrath of the lich king (WOTLK). What effect will this have on gold prices?
Well.. Obviously demand will rise. It wouldn't be surprising if supply dropped as blizzard usually issues out some hefty bannings on gold sellers during times when the warcraft player population is high. Right now wow gold is trading for around $23/1000 gold. Let's see what it's at at the end of the month! I'm predicting around $30 per 1000 wow gold. Meh, we'll see..

Thinking about getting back into World of Warcraft...

Well,
As my site (buygamecurrency) evaluates suppliers of wow gold, I will have to purchase something from each of the suppliers I list.. Now, the question is.. Do I buy wow gold? or.. maybe I should give age of conan a try? Perhaps warhammer?
I can't decide.. Perhaps I should run contests on the site and have the winners pick out a game and server combination of their choice?
I haven't found an mmorpg since everquest that I have really enjoyed. World of Warcraft was okay.. but, I couldn't really get into the grind of leveling again.. and the fact that it seemed EVERYONE was so hard core about this game. My friends that started playing it began to drop off the face of the earth it seemed like.. They were level 60 and I was still in my 40's! Before we began playing we said we'd stick within each others leveling ranges.. so much for that!
After I gave up on wow, I decided to wait for vanguard.. I thought this game was going to be the new EQ! I was stoked, I bought a new 22" monitor and upgraded my computer in preparation.. The fun lasted about 3 months.. My year subscription to the game cost me $177, what a waste!
So.. everyone is still talking about warcraft, i'm thinking about giving it another try. Is it possible to play casually anymore? Perhaps if I buy a lot of wow gold I can stay competitive ;)
If I do go the contest route, I will definitely let you all know how it will work!
